Revocation Instruction

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days starting from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Yilba GmbH - Cipo and Baxx, Fuggerstr. 2, 41468 Neuss, Germany, [email protected], Telephone: +49 2131 2988900) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory.
It is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires in order to meet the withdrawal deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event shall you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return Labels and Exchanges:
If you wish to return or exchange items, you must register in our Returns Center. For exchanges within Germany, you will receive a free return label on a one-time basis. This return label is issued and sent only once per respective order number. Returns can be dropped off at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.

Important Notice:
Exchanges are not possible for orders from Great Britain, Switzerland, and the United States.

Special Notes:
If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you will also no longer be bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender is used for financing our involvement. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract with respect to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, currencies, or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, please exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you have a right of withdrawal for it as well.
